PRIVACY POLICY AND TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
The website https://www.satisfactiongroup.com ((hereinafter the “Site” or “Website”), is published and hosted in accordance with its legal notices (https://www.satisfactiongroup.com/terms-of-use/).
The Site may collect Personal Data from the User under the conditions set out below and in compliance with the national and European standards provided for the collection and processing of personal data, and in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR no. 2016-679).

- Purpose of the data collected
The Data likely to be collected on the Site are collected in order to allow the proper functioning and improvement of the Site, its services and functionalities.
The collection of Data carried out if necessary is meant for managing the User’s requests, detecting fraud or elaborating commercial statistics allowing the development of the services offered by the Site.
- Right of access, rectification and opposition

The controller is the legal person (undertaking, municipality, etc.) or natural person who determines the purposes and means of a processing operation, i.e. the objective and the manner in which it is to be achieved.
The person responsible for processing personal data on the Site is SATISFACTION – THE TELEVISION AGENCY, a simplified joint stock company with a single shareholder, with a capital of 10,520.00 Euros, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 523 988 095 and whose registered office is located at 78, avenue Marceau – 75008 Paris.
If the User wishes to know how the Site uses his/her Personal Data, to ask for them to be corrected or to object to their processing, the User may contact the data controller in writing.
In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data that he/she wishes to have corrected, updated or deleted, identifying himself/herself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).
More generally, for any question relating to the management and use made of his or her personal data, the User may contact the Data Controller by mail at the address of the registered office indicated or by e-mail at: [email protected].
- Non-disclosure of personal data
The Site will not process, host or transfer the Personal Data collected to a country outside the European Union or recognized as “unsuitable” by the European Commission.

9. Opposition to text and data mining by artificial intelligence
The structure of this site, as well as all audiovisual works and content present on the site, including all their components (text, graphics, signs, signals, sounds, images, etc.), are protected by intellectual property legislation. Any use of these elements is forbidden without the prior written authorization of Satisfaction – The Television Agency.
In this respect, Satisfaction – The Television Agency expressly objects to any copy or digital reproduction of these audiovisual works, content and/or their copyright-protected components (text, graphics, signs, signals, sounds, images, etc.), for the purpose of searching or downloading them. ), intended for text and data mining, in particular by artificial intelligence (AI) systems, in accordance with articles L. 122-5-3, III and L. 211-3, 8° of the French Intellectual Property Code (CPI), in application of Directive (EU) 2019/790 of April 17, 2019 on copyright and related rights in the digital single market.
Article R. 122-28 of the CPI stipulates that such opposition “need not be reasoned and may be expressed by any means. In the case of content made available to the public online, such opposition may in particular be expressed by machine-readable means, including metadata, as well as through the general conditions of use of a website or service”.
Satisfaction – The Television Agency reminds you that it may authorize its co-contractors and online press services to use the audiovisual works, content and/or their components protected by copyright on the site, solely within the strict framework of authorized use. However, these authorizations do not include the right for these co-contractors and/or press services to make digital copies or reproductions for the purpose of text and data mining, or to allow third parties, in particular AI systems, to do so.
Consequently, any text and data mining operation by an AI system using the audiovisual works, content and/or their components protected by copyright present on this site, whether they are made available online directly or via third parties, in the form of extracts or in their entirety, in free or paying access, constitutes an act of counterfeiting punishable by the penalties provided for in articles L. 331-1 et seq. of the CPI, unless prior written consent has been obtained from Satisfaction – The Television Agency (or, where applicable, from the collective management organization appointed by Satisfaction – The Television Agency for this purpose).
